Once your order has left the building, you'll receive a shipment e-mail from us containing a tracking code that you can use to locate your items until they arrive at your door.
European orders: Please allow 1 to 8 workdays for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail.
We partner with a range of couriers depending on the area to deliver the packages. Final delivery could be handled by your local postage service.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return the product, you can easily do so by filling in the return form and returning it together with the product.
If the article is in the original state, it is possible to exchange it. This is only possible up to 14 days after receipt. If you have lost the return form you can send an email to: email@example.com. Process the following information here:
If you have received a product that is damaged or has something wrong. Please send us a photo of the product and the damage. Return costs are at all times for the buyer.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Meaning that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt; the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and any labels or tags should be intact.
While requesting your return, you can choose between a refund or an exchange. If you would like to receive another model, choose for a refund and simply place a new order via www.secrada.com.
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be deposited to your bank account. We may postpone the refund until we have received the product(s) or proof that the product(s) are in transit. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
